"Steel Panther is back and manages to entertain us with a "All You Can Eat" that takes us back to the great days when Def Leppard reigned supreme over the genre."

In a short time Steel Panther has climbed the steps of recognition. The band has been able to gather around themselves a large fan base thanks to their colorful and quirky side, their excesses as well as their love for rock'n'roll. The hard rock tinged with glam that they offer is of high quality, which is why many of them have forgiven the sexual and misogynistic aspects of their work.
Let's be clear, "All You Can Eat" will not be the album of change for Steel Panther. We are once again dealing with an excellent record of fresh and immediate hard rock, tinged with FM and glam. If the record is still as much focused on sex and its little adventures with very explicit lyrics that should not be listened to by everyone, it is nevertheless very rejoicing by sending us back to the great time when Def Leppard was the master of the genre.
The disc is full of hard FM songs that destroy everything in their path. Pussywhipped' is a fast track that gets you in the mood, as well as 'Party Like Tomorrow Is The End Of The World', 'Gloryhole' or the very poetic 'Gangbang At The Old Folks Home', characterized by a breathtaking guitar solo from Vivian Campbell. As far as power ballads are concerned, the band hits hard with 'You're Beautiful When Don't Talk' and 'Bukkake Tears', two songs worthy of the best of the genre with languid choruses, a beautiful sweetness and a lot of feeling (except for the lyrics of course). Finally, other good tracks emerge like the rocking 'B.V.S.' and 'Ten Strikes You're Out' or 'The Burden Of Being Wonderful' strongly influenced by Def Leppard.
This third album of Steel Panther is just as fresh as its predecessors. If the group can always annoy by its too strong attraction for the dirty, the recipe is always as effective. Meanwhile Steel Panther reaches its limits, we can enjoy this good moment of rock'n'roll! - Official website
